Customers need to be offered the right solutions at the right time in order to effectively and practically decarbonise the UK's heat networks.

That's the suggestion from Ian Cameron, Head of Customer Service and Innovation at UK Power Networks, who in a conversation with future Net Zero Founder Sumit Bose, noted heat is the single biggest source of carbon emissions across the country and outlined the practical steps that need to be taken to start moving towards changing this.
